In this year's Countryfile Ramble for BBC Children in Need, Matt Baker, Anita Rani, Margherita Taylor, Joe Crowley and John Craven lace up their walking boots to meet inspirational young people whose lives have been transformed through support from BBC Children in Need. The ramble is returning for its 12th year, set against the stunning backdrop of the Peak District. The presenters walk alongside five remarkable young people who have faced significant challenges, hearing first-hand how BBC Children in Need-funded projects have helped them build confidence, resilience and hope for the future.
