Les recherches de police se concentrent sur Frank : le colis qu'il transporte se révèle en effet être un coeur volé destiné à une greffe sur un garçon mourant. Frank se retrouve face à un dilemme, car il découvre que son client, le chef brutal d'un gang criminel, a volé ce coeur pour sauver son propre fils. Doit-il honorer son deal en livrant malgré tout le colis ou doit-il ramener le coeur à son destinataire initial ?
