Le frère de Jamel, Mourhad, est hospitalisé pour une petite entorse. Jamel est fier de le présenter à Clara comme un grand séducteur, ignorant son évidente homosexualité. Clara lui ouvre les yeux sur la véritable nature de son frère. Dépassant pourtant ses a priori, Jamel va tenter de convaincre l'ex-petit ami de Mourhad de revenir vers celui-ci... De son côté, Aymé retrouve une ex-copine, Christelle, qu'il n'a pas vue depuis six ans
