Un homme revient sur l'idyllique plage de son enfance pour faire du surf avec son fils. Leur escapade tourne au cauchemar lorsqu'un gang de surfeurs du coin leur interdit l'accès à l'océan. Humilié et menacé, le père de famille va devoir se battre pour reconquérir son territoire et l'estime de son fils. Sur cette plage à l'atmosphère étouffante, s'engage alors une lutte qui le mènera au coeur de la folie.
