Noah a convoqué Marquand sur une étrange scène de crime : alors qu'il faisait son footing le long de la Seine, il a aperçu le corps d'une femme accroché à un barrage flottant. Selon les plongeurs qui récupèrent le corps, il se pourrait qu'elle ait subi des actes de torture... Hospitalisée en urgence, elle se réveille subitement... et s'enfuit, ne laissant que deux informations sur elle : son prénom, Élia, et la certitude qu'elle a été violée dans le passé. De son côté, Alice est prise de panique : son médecin, le docteur Chahine, a disparu
