Deux hommes sont retrouvés morts, l'un dans la foule d'une boîte de nuit, l'autre électrocuté dans sa baignoire. Le corps d'une stripteaseuse est également découvert à côté de son client endormi. Fait surprenant : le cadavre de la boîte de nuit portait sur lui un polaroïd de l'autre homme mort. Dans son enquête, Grissom est accompagné de Greg, dont ce cas est l'examen d'aptitude de terrain
