Frank fonce vers Paris pour livrer un nouveau prototype de moteur écoénergétique, qui doit être présenté au monde entier lors du Salon de l'automobile. Mais un dangereux criminel, surnommé «Le Loup», engagé par une compagnie pétrolière, est sur ses traces, bien décidé à le tuer avant que le prototype ne soit dévoilé. Hélas pour Frank et sa jolie passagère Trina, l'engin émet un signal qui permet de les localiser
