Flynn rejoint le Manned Spacecraft Center de Houston le 20 juillet 1969 pour bouleverser la mission Apollo 11. Son ambition : pirater le système informatique de la Nasa avec un virus moderne dévastateur et surtout inconnu à cette époque. Très inquiets, Rufus et Lucy tentent d'empêcher le sabotage pour sauver la mission et ainsi permettre à Neil Armstrong et Buzz Aldrin de revenir sur Terre
