Marie se rend chez Alex Baros, l'assassin présumé d'Anne, avec Constantine. L'indic de Yach, Sacha Fitoussi, soutient Baros et sabote l'opération. Marie est retenue en otage. Une livraison d'explosifs doit avoir lieu entre Lentz et Oriou mais l'équipe de Yach ne parvient pas à l'intercepter. La balle restée dans le corps de Léa Legrand se rapproche dangereusement de sa colonne vertébrale. La directrice doit se faire opérer au plus vite mais elle refuse d'abandonner son poste...
