Cinq millionnaires en quête de sensations fortes décident de payer une somme astronomique pour participer à une opération militaire qui est censée être fictive. Le capitaine Craig McCenzie, ex-membre des forces spéciales, est chargé de les escorter au cours de la mission qui leur est attribuée : libérer une île de la mer Noire du joug d'un dictateur brutal, le colonel Lupo.
