Un trafiquant de drogue est abattu dans sa propriété. Un suspect est aussitôt arrêté sur les lieux du crime. Celui-ci prétend vendre de la drogue à Delko. Stetler, employé aux affaires internes, se penche sur cet épineux problème qui devient vite une affaire personnelle lorsque Horatio s'en mêle. Les enquêteurs découvrent bientôt que deux personnes armées sont impliquées dans cette affaire. De son côté, Calleigh prend une décision très importante concernant sa carrière
