Un piéton a été tué par la chute d'un homme depuis un immeuble. Horatio et son équipe découvrent rapidement que la victime, gisant sur le trottoir, n'est pas celle tombée du bâtiment, mais l'individu malchanceux qui est passé par-là. Les enquêteurs fouillent le défunt et retrouvent, sur lui, un DVD à caractère sexuel impliquant un juge renommé de Miami et une femme pour le moins délurée. Peu après, celle-ci est également retrouvée morte
